AYJNIHH is organizing North-East Regional Workshop on Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at Shillong on 8th & 9th March 2017.
Highlights of the workshop:
•After formal inaugural session of the workshop, an introductory session will be conducted to get an overview about the status of rehabilitation facilities for persons with disabilities available for North Eastern states. Subsequently, the delegates will be divided in three groups to brainstorm the issues such as Clinical Services, Educational Services and Skill Development Programme. The delegates are requested to indicate their choice of preference of the areas they wish to participate in the group discussion
•Each group shall present outcomes of the discussion on the last day of the workshop. The Action Plan for the year 2017-18 shall be drawn based on the recommendations/outcomes of the Group Discussion.
